We've collected the most frequently asked questions below.
1. Update your profile
We're still in the Beta phase, so some changes may take up to 72 hours to be visible. If they are still not visible after this period, please feel free to contact us.
Want to cancel your subscription? That's possible here.
Can't you figure it out? Send us an email at info@copetparent.com, state your wish to cancel your subscription. We take care of the processing within 10 working days.
2. Getting in touch with a co-parent
Absolutely! Once you've chosen a payment plan and completed your profile, you can start chatting with other users right away. Building connections and friendships is what Co Pet Parent is all about, so dive into those conversations and share the love for your pets!
Of course! You can easily save your favorite matches so you can easily resume the conversation. Just look for the bookmark icon next to their profile and click to add them to your favorites.
3. Find the perfect match
We work with various filters, such as location, pet preferences and availability. The more detailed and accurate your profile is, the more likely you are to find the perfect match.
If you're struggling to find the right co-parent match, don't give up! Try changing your preferences in the search filters, updating your profile and contacting potential (newest) members to express your interest. The more proactive you are, the better the chances of finding the perfect co-parent for your furry friend.
4. Managing pet care appointments
Once you've come into contact with a potential co-parent, you can make an appointment to meet each other. We recommend meeting the pet first, taking a walk and seeing if there is a click between the parents. Also, visit each other's homes and see if you're comfortable with them. Then start with a test day and build on that.
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled pet sharing session, communicate openly with the co-parent as early as possible. We encourage understanding and flexibility within our community. If you need further assistance, our support team is ready to mediate and find a solution.
5. Other issues
If you experience technical issues while using our platform, make sure your browser is up to date first. If the problem persists, please contact our support team at info@copetparent.com and provide a detailed description of the issue and any error messages you've received. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you have a smooth experience.
Currently, you can't add multiple pets to your profile (not yet!). For now, we recommend creating one profile, adding a photo of the pets you want to put on the platform, and describing your situation in your bio so that dog lovers know you have multiple pets you want to care for.
Co Pet Parent attaches great importance to a safe and respectful community. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, contact our support team immediately. We take such reports seriously and will take the necessary steps to maintain a positive environment for all users.
Remember, Co Pet Parent is here to make pet sharing an enjoyable and enriching experience. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team. Have fun sharing your pet!
